Centralized Tracking of Rates, Costs & Spending

Project managers can use Lingotek’s Vendor Management app to closely track translation spending and identify projects that are at risk for missing timely delivery. The app also tracks the leveraging of translation memories (TM) to gauge the efficient reuse of linguistic assets across the enterprise.

Quickly review rate charts and billing information within the TMS. You can sort and view the rate charts created by vendors and indicate whether the rate chart is used for general rates or for documents with specific metadata. LSPs can provide in-system rate charts for the various translation services they offer and create invoice reports once their work is completed.

Integrated cost reporting inside the TMS

Invoice reports are designed to provide invoice data for work on target documents completed for a specific client within a selected date range. These reports make your entire invoicing process easier and can be used as line items in your invoicing system of choice, or simply as a referenced report number and total.

  • Calculate total translation expenses for all jobs completed by a specific vendor over a specific period of time.

Our Company

Lingotek | The Translation Network is a cloud-based translation services provider, offering translation management software and professional linguistic services. We are the leader in collaborative translation technology with an innovative cloud translation management system (TMS) that uses computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools to facilitate faster, more efficient, language translation. Our History

Lingotek was founded in 2006 and is funded by Signal Peak Ventures and In-Q-Tel

Signal Peak Ventures is a Salt Lake-based venture capital firm that focuses on early-stage technology investments in the Intermountain region. The firm was established as Signal Peak in 2011 after the spin out of Canopy Ventures venture capital team and the acquisition of portfolio investments in ten other companies. The Signal Peak team has extensive experience in sourcing, executing, managing, and divesting venture capital stakes across the Intermountain region. 

In-Q-Tel is a strategic, not-for-profit investment firm that works to identify, adapt, and deliver innovative technology solutions to support the mission of the U.S. Intelligence Community. Launched by the CIA in 1999 as a private, independent organization, In-Q-Tel's mission is to identify and partner with companies developing cutting-edge technologies that serve the national security interests of the United States.
