We are happy to announce that version 6.03 of the Lingotek Collaborative Translation Platform™ was released on Wednesday, March 09, 2011. Here are some notable changes for this release.

Workbench Enhancements

Google Search Tab

• New Google Search tab allows you to search Google from right within the Classic Workbench
• Terminology searching within the New Workbench now finds exact matches
• Formatting tags are now saved as you apply them for both the Classic and New workbenches

Other Platform Changes

RSS Feed Projects

• Pull RSS feeds directly into a project
• Poll and update from RSS feeds at regular intervals
• Translated XLIFF files now contain translator and phase information
• Premise Features page allows categories of features to be enabled/disabled
• Drupal: run machine translation on an existing article

Bug Fixes

• Improved performance when displaying a list of documents on a project
• New meta data for the same translation is no longer added on upload
• Assigned Jobs now sorts correctly
• Fixed Refer-a-Friend email
• TM star rating is now saved in both the New and Classic Workbench
