This release includes several feature enhancements but the major focus was on system performance.
Performance Enhancements
Improvements to the underlying system provide noticeably faster load times. In particular the Dashboard home page, the Dashboard Jobs page and the Workbench are much quicker. Performance enhancements will continue throughout the end of the year. Key changes for this release include:
- Query optimization - Streamlining data requests.
- Index cleanup - Faster information retrieval from the data store.
- Compression - Minimizing code size to increase loading speed.
Email Notifications
Notification Preferences
Event-driven email notifications are now available. Go to your Profile page by clicking on the "Identity" tab on the home page or from any page by clicking on your profile picture at the top. A new "Notifications" tab will allow you to enable email notifications for these 3 events:
- New Assignment
- Community Document Available
- Project Complete

More New Features
- Continued Workbench Improvements
- Navigation across highlighted segments
When un-translated or un-reviewed is selected from the View menu, those segments will be highlighted and the next/previous navigation will move between them. To revert back simply remove highlighting.
- Better layout of Workbench Edit Box
The new layout puts all navigation and buttons at the left side of the edit box, keeping the mouse in the middle of the screen for convenience.
Improved Edit Box
- The Glossaries & Terminology box no longer displays automatically
To show the terminology window click on a highlighted term in the source.
- Add Note directly in Notes/Comments section
This feature has been moved from the notes icon at the top right of the edit box to the notes section at the bottom.

- Project reports are combined on one Reports tab
- Expanded Support Menu
- Improvements to Flagging
Now more information is displayed about who flagged what when, and a flag can now be cleared by administrators.
- 30-day Community Admin Trial now includes a demo project configured by default.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed JavaScript errors when using the next/previous buttons and navigation hotkeys in the new Workbench
- Corrected issue where changing some profile settings weren't saved
- Repaired errors when sorting data on the Targets tab of a document
- Find/Replace now searches correctly in the new Workbench
- Solved a display problem on project and community graphs
- Remove phase popup no longer shows duplicate phases
- Corrected display issue with Advanced Language Pairs section of the profile page
- Fixed layout issues when editing phase and segment templates in IE
